ORGANIZE YOUR DAY; 5 WAYS TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR DAYS!
Here are five ways to Organize Your Day…
1. What is Your Sweet Spot?
What are you really good at doing? Do you stay in your sweet spot 80% of the time?
2. What is your Sweet Time?
When are you at your best? Are you an early morning riser or a night owl?
3. Focus, Find, or Fun Days!
Do you schedule FOCUS days to get things done? Days where you don’t have to worry about getting dressed up or take time in the car commuting? Nothing like getting down to work in your PJ’s!
Don’t forget to schedule FIND days. This is about finding your sanity. What do you need to catch up on? If you travel a lot for business (or pleasure), a FIND day is super important the first day back.
Sometimes, you just need to play cookie. Do you schedule in FUN days where you can enjoy family, friends, and things that make life worth living.
4. Designate time: Emails, Calls, Tasks
Do you designate time to check emails, make calls, or complete routine tasks? Every wonder some days if you ever get anything accomplished? Don’t be afraid to unplug for a couple of hours to really get focused on a big task.
5. Plan! My favorite phrase.
What are you Doing?
When are You Doing it?
How You are Doing It?
Who is doing it?
Why are you doing it?
